In Lviv sentenced Carpathian inhabitants, who found a roadside party drugs
The court, five years behind bars hold resident of Ivano-Frankivsk region, which particularly in cars carrying dangerous drugs worth 70 thousand UAH. In carton police found blisters with pills and plastic bags of white powder and one - the material of plant origin. As established experts, 18 bagswere full-particularly dangerous drugs - cannabis (marijuana), total mass in terms of the dried substance about 14 grams, 163 tablets in blisters which were labeled Subutex, containing narcotic buprenorphine, and in another plastic bag was psychotropic substance - amphetamine, weighing about24 grams. Actions attacker police qualified for Part 3 309 (illegal manufacture, production, acquisition, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues without intent to sell) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The attacker, both during preliminary investigation and in the courtroom, argued that these drugs poto arrest the day before found nearby gas station, returning home in the Ivano-Frankivsk region of Lviv, as well as myself are drug addicts, leaving them for yourself. For illegal acquisition, storage and transportation of drugs and psychotropic substances in large-scale, 29-year-old inhabitant of Ivano-Frankivskfield Stryjskyj City Court sentenced him to five years in prison and seized narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances decided to destroy.
