main reason for committing accidents with severe consequences is drive vehicles while intoxicated. This was announced at a press briefing the head of the State Vinnichiny Paul Solonenko. Since the beginning of the year in the region occurred May 34 roadansportni accident involving drunk drivers, in which 3 people were killed, 6 - were injured.
