In case of theft opened criminal proceedings under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By Skole district police, March 13, asked 24-year-old resident of one of the villages in the area, who reported that when she went to the pharmacy, she stole itmobile phone. It was established that the theft involved 23-year-old resident of Skolivskoho area. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine 185 (theft). Sanction article punishable by a fine of fifty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or community service for a term ofisimdesyaty to two hundred forty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
