In the Transcarpathian region Tyachiv district prosecutor's office defended in a court of law on parental orphan house
Tiachiv district prosecutor's office, the court brought legal right to two children inherited a house that was left to them after the death of his mother. The Prosecutor Stephen Zhovnir Tiachiv district, prosecutors found that after two children cmerti their mother left a legacy house worth about 600 thousand UAH. However, no older brother, who is currently studying at the university on a daily basis, or 15 – year-old younger sister who is studying in a local school, unable to protect their rights in court. Therefore, the prosecution, to protect housing and property rights childrhey, announced a lawsuit in district court Tiachiv recognition of ownership to the specified property for children who are satisfied in full.
