In Lviv man stole from the store book value of UAH
1200 In case of theft opened criminal proceedings under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. To Galician police department, March 12, addressed employee of a store that is located in the central part of the city. The man said that at one o'clock with prymischent trade agency stole the book value of almost 1200 USD. Workers Battalion patrol police found that the commission of the theft involved 41-year-old resident of the city, which never works. Book stolen from him removed. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine 185 (theft). Sanction articlepunishable by a fine of fifty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or community service for a term of eighty to two hundred forty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
