Lviv previously convicted man robbed a woman at 3 thousand
In case of theft opened criminal proceedings under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. To the railway police department, March 10, asked 30-year-old resident of Lviv. A woman reported that her apartment had stolen camera and a gold ring. Total caused damage ofone's almost 3 thousand. It was established that the theft involved 47-year-old resident of the city, which never works and has been previously convicted. An attacker on the day the victim was in a party and drank with her brother drinks. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine 185 (theft). Sanction article providespenalty of a fine of fifty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or community service for a term of eighty to two hundred forty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
