Two Transcarpathians found themselves in the dock because of the criminal actions of excise goods
prosecutor's office agreed and directed the court indictments of two agreements on recognition of guilt against two persons accused of having committed a criminal offense under Part. 1, Art. 201 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal preparient, storage, sale or transport for sale of excisable goods). As the head of the department of industry Zakarpattia Oblast Prosecutor Roman heel, pre-trial investigation found that two Transcarpathians, wanting to be rich illegally, acquired, stored and sold alcoholic beverages. One of them, moreover also pledgeall of its manufacturing. Thus, a resident Vinogradov District without having a license for wholesale and retail sale of alcoholic beverages illegally acquired nearly 3,800 bottles of alcohol, and subsequently sold it to local residents. Other Transcarpathian having purchased about 690 liters of alcohol, labels and other equipment, self-produced vodka(Mixing ethanol with water) and kept it to continue to sell in Perechyn. Currently « entrepreneurs » pending a court decision. Reference: sanction ch. 1, Art. 201 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for punishment of a fine of one thousand to two thousand times the income of the forfeiture of illegally manufacturedproducts and equipment for their production.
