Employees of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes Interior Ministry of Ukraine in Lviv Oblast processualnoho leadership Railway District Prosecutor's Office in February accused 60-year-old head of one of the utilities city. The attacker demanded and received illegal benefits in the amount of USD 8200 for assistance in renting commercial premises which are subordinate to the balance sheet for the installation of the LCP composition. Materials Crimeainalnoho open proceedings on the grounds of the offense provided for by Part 1 of s.368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or obtain undue advantage by an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Sanction article punishable by a fine of one thousand to five hundred thousand tax-free minimum incomes, or arrest for a term of three daysat six months, or imprisonment for a term of two to four years, with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years and with a special forfeiture.
