In case of theft of metal greenhouses police opened criminal proceedings under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By Borislav city police department asked the director of a municipal enterprisesprises town, which reported that the stolen metal from the greenhouse. The amount of damages is more than 7 thousand. It was established that the theft involved 40-year-old resident of Borislav, which made theft using a gas cutter. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine 185 (Stealingizhka). Sanction article punishable by a fine of fifty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or community service for a term of eighty to two hundred forty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
