In Chernivtsi region Novoselytsya police seized
cannabis minor boy citizen Novoselytsia kept narcotic plant at home. During testing of the district of the local police department in one of the buildings of the city in a 17-year-old boy found and seized a paper roll with chopped substancesth vegetable similar to marijuana weighing about 2 grams. An attacker explained that narkozillya found and kept to their own needs. Remote policemen sent to the Research Forensic Centre at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region for the examination. At present, the present case under criminal proceedingstion on ch. 1, Art. 309 (illegal manufacture, production, acquisition, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues without intent to sell) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
