Two vinnichan received 11 years in prison for the attempt on the life of a taxi driver
Vinnitsa City Court sentenced two accused of attempted murder of a taxi driver in March 2014. With greed 39-year-old victim had suffered more than a dozen stab wounds. Wounded taxi driver managed to escape. He opened the door by car, escapedfrom the hands of the attackers and ran toward people who were nearby. Police quickly arrested the suspects - cousins ??21 and 17 years. In fact attempted murder in accordance with Part 2 of Article 15 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine st.115 opened criminal proceedings. According to the Deputy Chief of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region Yuri Pedosa, slidstvom collected enough evidence to declare suspicions detainees and remand the case to the indictment to the court. During the trial the suspects guilty not recognized. However, the Court, having examined the evidence presented, found them guilty of attempted murder and sentenced to 11 years in prison each.
