at 22:50 near the village pond, Kivetsivskoho District, 65-year-old resident of Kyiv region, driving a car "Skoda Fabia" moving from the town towards the town of Lutsk, Rivne, hit a 67-year-old cyclist, resident of the city of Rivne.
