" The draft document was developed by the Ministry of Finance and the State fiscal authorities on behalf of Prime Minister of Ukraine concerning the formation of a unified approach to customs clearance of imported goods. Resolution introduces a system of uniform benchmarks customs value of goods to be used in risk analysis that will detect attempts to manipulate customs value.
