Law of Ukraine "On state social assistance to disabled from childhood and children with disabilities" defined the right to maintenance from the State Budget of Ukraine and social protection of disabled children children and invalidiv by establishing state social assistance as a percentage of the subsistence minimum. This law also stipulates that disabled since childhood, who have both the right to state social assistance pursuant to the above Law on pension and state social assistance according to the Law of Ukraine "On State toaid to persons not entitled to a pension, and persons with disabilities ", appointed at the option of disabled children is one of the types of assistance or pension. Thus, if a disabled child or a child with a disability is entitled to a pension survivor and state social assistance under this Act, these payments are assigned simultaneously. DerMILITARY social assistance to disabled from childhood, according to the Law of Ukraine "On state social assistance to disabled from childhood and children with disabilities" is assigned for the duration of disability established by the medical and social examination. State social assistance granted and paid in full by the social security populatition of the request for its intended purpose. State social assistance to disabled from childhood subgroups of A and B designated at 100 percent of the subsistence minimum for persons unable to work. Allowance to care for a disabled from childhood I group A subgroup is set at 75 percent of the subsistence minimum for persons Imo unable to work for disability from childhood subgroups of B or installed without subgroups - of 50 percent of the subsistence minimum for persons who are unable to work. For disabled children the second and third groups, the size of this assistance is respectively 80 and 60 per cent of the subsistence minimum for persons unable to workb. Lonely disabled since childhood II and III of that on the advice of the medical advisory committee of health care institutions need constant care, provided allowance for care of state social assistance to a 15 percent minimum subsistence level for persons unable to work.State social assistance to disabled children under 18 years granted in the amount of 70 percent of the subsistence minimum for persons unable to work. The size of state social assistance intended for disabled children, the disease is associated with the Chernobyl disaster, increased by 50 percent. In addition, the statesocial assistance to disabled children can be assigned to care allowance. Allowance for care for a disabled child A subgroup under 6 and from 6 to 18 years is 100 percent of the minimum subsistence level for children of the age for a disabled child under 6 and from 6 to 18 years is 50 percent of the subsistence minimum for childrenrespective age and appointed one of the parents, adoptive parents, guardians, who do not work nor study (except correspondence courses) are not serving, not elected officials on leave to care for a child under the age of three, in leave due to pregnancy and childbirth, on leave without saveing wage, if the disabled child needs home care, and they actually caring for a disabled child.
