Guardians Vinnitsa region held a joint training seminar with the participation of
regional prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnitsa region, a joint training seminar on the theme: « Issues observance of civil rights that arise in the implementation of operational activities, pre-trial investigation and su-trial review & raquo ;. The seminar was attended procedural heads of regional prosecutor's office, investigators and operative workers MIA PG DFS and SSU in Vinnytsia region. During the mentioned event discussed the main problems in the specified direction with the aim of working out common approaches in addressing the protection of the constitutiontheir rights.
