In Ternopil credit program for youth housing
Ternopil Regional Department of the State specialized financial institution « State Fund for Youth Housing » the program continues to provide long-term loans for construction and purchase of housing seven young ’ pits and singleyoung citizens who need better housing. Credit is given seven young ’ pits and single young citizens for construction (reconstruction) and housing for up to 30 years, but no more than the achievement of a senior couple with seven ’ th borrower or borrower – single citizen (citizen) pensiynohof age, provided that: - Stay candidate (single young citizens, or each of the seven young members ’ s) for registration of citizens who need better housing conditions; - Confirmation of the candidate of their ability to pay. The main terms of the loan are: - Duty ’ yazkovist advance payment by the borrower in the amount of 10% of thehousing; - Limiting the amount of credit 90% of the cost of housing; - The interest rate under the loan agreement is set at 17.1%.
