Transcarpathia: the Rakhiv police seized
marijuana police in the course of search operations, found the drug in 23 years rahivchanyna. With intelligence, police stopped to check a citizen who has repeatedly been brought to justice for crimes in illicit traffickingdrugs. During the external review, in a jacket pocket was found a plastic bag with four paper rolls. In these packages was minced stuff, obviously similar to the dangerous drug - marijuana. - In this incident initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal production, youhotovlennya, purchase, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues not for selling purposes) - Rakhiv chief of police department Michael Palkush. - The offense is punishable by a fine of fifty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or correctional RobIT up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months.
