Transcarpathia: the Irshavschyni into the illegal mining of national importance Prosecutor's Office launched criminal proceedings
Irshava district prosecutor's office submitted information to YERDR and started preliminary investigation into the illegal extraction of almost 200 m3 of rubble stone in the district. It was established that duringof February-March 2015 entrepreneur exported through the customs border of Ukraine minerals of national importance (Crushed stone) total kubomasoyu 192 m3 invoice value of over 265 thousand. UAH., the development of which no permits (special permit for subsoil use mining allotment and other provided Zakonodavstvom documents). Currently in criminal proceedings under Part 2 st.240 launched the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of rules protection of mineral resources of national importance) ongoing investigation, which mandated exercise PB Irshavskogo MIA in Zakarpattia region.
