Chernigov: Bystrov: budget participation was held in Chernihiv

Among the 21 projects submitted by the reconstruction and repair of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, 6 - the establishment of sports grounds, 34 - accomplishment zones recreation and cultural institutions."I want to thank all active Chernigov who participated in drafting the budget participation", - said the deputy mayor. He noted that the project is explored in the structural units of the City Council, and will be put to the vote. According V.Bystrova, competition between projects will be significant, given their keelbone. The winning projects will depend on the activity of citizens. The list of items of voting will be announced on the website of the City Council. The cheapest projects are literary readings "letters" (cost more than 20 thousand. UAH.) And environmental project "Ecological trails Yalivschyny" (cost 30 thousand. UAH.). The most expensive projects "take away" the whole capital budgetspending - 1.2 mln. UAH. Among them - the reconstruction of the fountain in front of "Megacenter." V.Bystrov expressed hope that the budget will be the traditional participation of Chernihiv and each year the amount of funds for projects residents increase.
