In Zhytomyr traditional and regional products as a tool to address the self in rural areas

This proeKT aims to representatives of communities that have a long tradition of production of agricultural products with the right to acquire the status of traditional products. Such products in the European Union are marked with special signs that provide legal protection for the product. In Poland, a law "On the registration and protection of names and markings farmgovernmental products and food products as well as traditional products ", according to which the registration of traditional products is engaged in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Products that can be entered in the Register of traditional products in Poland, cheeses and other dairy products, fresh meat and meat productsProducts fishing, including fish, nuts, seeds, grains, fruits and vegetables, bakery and confectionery, oils and fats, honey, ready meals, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and others.
