In Transcarpathia to 5 years in prison sentenced two police officers who received 20 thousand UAH Over
illegal benefit principled prosecutors Transcarpathian region of two former police officers Mukachevo MB of Internal Affairs, which in March 2014 were detained at 20 thousand UAH derived illegal benefit sentenced to 5 years imprisonment.At trial the defendants have not admitted his guilt and refused to give any impression, but a judicial investigation found that former police by prior agreement, demanded and received Mukachivschyny resident of 20 thousand UAH for neprytyahnennya her son to justice. Therefore, on the basis of research evidence in courtcourt sentence former police officers found guilty of a criminal offense under h. 4. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (as amended 2013) and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment.
