"Because of the lack of adequate funding to repair roads in the area are not met in full. Given the problematic situation of the department repeatedly sent letters to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Stateavnoho Highways Agency to resolve the question of proper financing of the road sector.
