In the Rivne region initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of unauthorized occupation of land of 100 hectares in area
Goshchansky Rivne oblast prosecutor's office, having studied the state of the law in the sphere of land relations on the territory Goshcha region revealed the fact of unauthorized occupation of land for agricultural purposes covering nearly 100 gramsa. Specifically established that one of the local businesses illegally seized state-owned land on the territory of the village council and Maykivskoyi enjoyed it (grow soybeans) in the absence of authority signed the lease, which is a violation of the Land Code of Ukraine. As a result of illegal actions caused HQode to the state in the amount of 111 thousand UAH. On this fact the prosecutor's office in Rivne region included in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigative information on the criminal offenses under Part. 1, Art. 197-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized occupation of land, the more seriously damaged).
