Prosecutor Vinnytsia region essentially responded to the intentional non-enforcement of court
prosecutor's office in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations included information on criminal proceedings on the fact of committing officers a regional police state executive service of criminal offenses under ch. 2, Art. 382 andch. 1, Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Under these conditions, the debtor has free financial and economic actednist, existing bank accounts received money from the sale of agricultural products by 2013 and 2014 received income in the amount of almost 5 million.
