Zhytomyrski market thief police detained
September 18 attacker stole one of the markets in the city. Zhytomyr 8500 UAH. Police arrested the thief, he had stolen money seized. By the Zhytomyr regional department of Internal Affairs approached 53-year-old resident of the regional center with a statement about the kidnapping of her shopping at the local kiosk riCLE money. At the scene police found out that intruder took advantage of inattention woman and stole 8,500 USD. Later it was found that the theft involved a 16-year zhytomyryanyn. The guy seized stolen. Now in the context of criminal proceedings initiated by ch. 1, Art. 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraineyiny, police find out all the circumstances of the accident. The guy faces a fine of 50 to 100 tax-free minimum incomes, or community service for a term of 80 to 240 hours, or correctional labor for up to 2 years, or arrest for up to six months or imprisonment for up to three years.
