In Zhytomyr police detect illegal foreigners in local markets
In the course of preventive measures in Zhytomyr joint raid group of law enforcement officers arrested three men, citizens of Uzbekistan, in violation of the established rules of stay in Ukraine. Work continues in this direction in the future. In Zhytomyr ongoing and preventiveno measures codenamed "Frontier-2015" to take part in involving employees of Ministry of Internal Affairs, and UDMS Zhytomyr military frontier. The main objectives of the operation in the region include identifying foreigners and stateless persons illegally present on the territory of Ukraine. As it turned out during the audit, three of them are citizens of Uzbekistan, had no documents to confirmshafts of their legal residence in Ukraine. As head of the department to combat crimes related to trafficking MIA Zhytomyr Dmitry Podgorny, UDMS workers were against foreigners protocols on facts of violation of established rules of stay in Ukraine (st.203 Code of Ukraine on Administrative Lawviolations). Under the current administrative law for foreigners-illegal immigrants could threaten fines and forced deportation from Ukraine.
