Khmelnitsky local center of free secondary legal aid
From July 1, 2015 has started Khmelnitsky local center of free secondary legal aid. The main objective of the center is to create equal opportunities for access of persons to fair justice through the organization of free secondaryher legal aid. Secondary legal aid includes the following types of legal services: 1. The protection; 2. The representation of the interests of persons entitled to free secondary legal aid, courts, other state agencies, local governments, to other persons; 3. The drafting procedure Haractor. In free secondary legal aid are entitled to the following categories of persons: - Persons under the jurisdiction of Ukraine if the average total income of their family living wage lower amount calculated and approved according to the Law of Ukraine "On Living Wage" for persons belonging to basic socialThey and demographic groups - for all types of legal services; - Invalids who receive pension assistance, appointed in place of retirement in the amount of at least two living wages for disabled persons - at all kinds of legal services; - Orphans, children deprived of parental care, homeless children, children who may beor were victims of domestic violence - in all kinds of legal services; - Persons covered by the Law of Ukraine "On refugees and persons in need of additional or temporary protection" for all types of legal services to the decision to grant refugee status if the person appeals the decision on refugee status; - Ineterany war and persons covered by the Law of Ukraine "On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection" persons with special services and special labor Merit, those who are among the victims of Nazi persecution - in all kinds of legal services on matters related to their social protectionth; - The person to whom the court considers the case of restriction of civil capacity of physical person, acknowledgment of physical person incapacity and renewal of civil capacity of physical person - the legal services provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 types of legal services for the trial; - The person to whom the court considers the case of provisionmental health care are forced - by the legal services provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 types of legal services for the trial; - Persons rehabilitated under the legislation of Ukraine - the legal services provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 kinds of legal services on matters relating to rehabilitation.
