Chernivtsi police detained
drug dealer Probation Bukovinets decided to enrich themselves by selling amphetamine. Thanks to the professional actions of employees of the department to combat drug trafficking MIA area it managed to stop criminal activity. As the chief OBNON at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region Vasily Parashchuk,it was reported that resident of Chernivtsi engaged in illegal sales of drugs. It was during the next amphetamine sales in one of the streets of the regional center, police detained 20-year-old boy. Vpodalshomu revealed that conditional drug dealer convicted of theft. During the personal search of evil operatives foundvmysnyka three bags of amphetamine, 1 roll of marijuana and a homemade device for smoking drugs. Seized drugs unit and police sent to the Research Forensic Centre at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region for examination. Investigators Shevchenkivskyi district police have already announced Bukovinianssuspected of committing a crime under h. 2 tablespoons. 307 (illegal manufacture, production, acquisition, storage, transportation, transfer or selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Narkobiznesmenu threatens penalties of imprisonment for up to ten years with confiscation of property. In accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine suspect arrested and placed in temporary detention.
