High-ranking Rivne Regional State Administration received 9 thousand
UAH undue advantage at the joint coordinated action Rivne oblast prosecutor's office with employees CSS Ukraine in September 15, 2015 exposed the director of one of the departments of Rivne regional state administration, which demanded and received 9 tonsysyach USD undue advantage. For this amount a female official authority, using their official powers and related opportunities promoted director of one of the companies in the smooth financing contract for the rehabilitation of people affected by Chernobyl. At this time investigators CSS Ukraine held in pre-trialfig investigation in criminal proceedings under Part. 3. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of the offer, promise or receipt of undue advantage by an official who occupies a responsible position, combined with extortion). Conducts investigations. A person detained in the manner of Art. 208 Code of Ukraine, reported her suspicion of having committed a specified criminalth offense. Sanction of the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for punishment of imprisonment for a term of 5 to 10 years, with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years and forfeiture of property.
