In Zhytomyr best practices of local governments
Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine announced July 31, 2015 contest "Best Practices in Local Government" in 2015. The contest is selected, celebrating and disseminating best projects and programs of local selfovryaduvannya for socio-economic development of the areas that have been implemented. Theme of the competition: * Co communities: practical outcomes and benefits. * Energy conservation and energy efficiency. * Stimulating economic activity creating jobs. The competition is held in cooperation with the Council of Europe. The competition in 2015 participating practices implemented between 2013 and 2015. During 2012-2013, the contest "Best Practices in Local Government" is implemented by the Centerkspertyzy local government reforms within the Council of Europe Programme "Strengthening the institutional capacity of local government in Ukraine". Holding such competitions is a pan-European initiative, which since 2012 supports and Ukraine as a state - member of the Council of Europe.
