In Zakarpattia Oblast Prosecutor's Office requires Mukachevo resulted lease of land in accordance with the laws of the city of Mukachevo
Prosecutors appealed to the Economic Court of Zakarpattya region with a claim on amendments to lease agreements of three plots of land in BC ’ connection with changing regulatory Groshovoyi data evaluation sites and change the order setting the rent for the lease of state and municipal ownership. Since the current sub ’ Objects performance management evading legal requirements of the City Council to bring the land lease agreements in accordance with the applicable tax andland law, the prosecution appealed to the court with the relevant claims.
