According to the appeal court prosecutors Transcarpathian region reversed the verdict illegal Mukachevo city district court, according to which mukachivtsya who was accused of causing umysnohO grave bodily injury that resulted in death of the victim was acquitted. Currently, criminal proceedings on charges oz. P., on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 2 of Art. 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional grievous bodily harm that caused the death of the victim) sent for a new trial by the first instantion.
