In the winery dispute between the two neighbors over the death of one of the

men in a dispute which has arisen between the two neighbors, died 50-year-old citizen of Vinnytsia. The victim was intoxicated. September 13 about two o'clock to the city police department called 40-year-old citizen of Vinnytsia and reported a dispute with a neighbor.At the scene went investigative team police. The body of 50-year-old man police found on the stepped cage in the entrance of his house. Law enforcement officers found that between the two neighbors dispute the fact that the victim was intoxicated and intentionally broke the wire installed in the entrance counterand. During the quarrel the man hit a neighbor and threw on the floor, after which the latter died. The body of the victim sent for forensic examination to establish the cause of death. In this incident the investigation department of police registered criminal proceedings on grounds of crime under Part 2 st.121 Criminal Code of Ukraine. This offense is punishable under Sectionozbavlennyam sentence of up to 10 years. Press Service of Vinnytsia city ??police department
