In Zhitomir Luhyny police seized drugs
September 11th district inspectors noticed near one of the buildings in the regional center suspicious woman. On examination she found a bundle of foil with powdery mass inside. Silicon paper roll with vegetable mass and two medical syringes with the remnants of brown liquid. Worked on the site investigative team. Seized substance sent for study to the Research Forensic Centre at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after the findings of experts which will be givenof the final qualification events. Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for the illegal manufacture, production, acquisition, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues without intent to sell is punishable by a fine or correctional labor, or arrest, or imprisonment for up to 3 yearsor imprisonment for the same term.
