Transcarpathia: the receipt Rakhiv 230 thousand UAH detained illegal benefit
rural workers head control counter economic crime (UPZSE) together with the Prosecutor's Office Transcarpathian region while receiving 230 thousand UAH arrested undue advantage of one of the village heads Rakhiv district. Established thatofficial received this amount for the issuance of a certificate of residence in the use of land, which is located outside the village. Currently, officials detained in the manner of Art. 208 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and conducting ongoing investigative priority actions aimed at documenting the specified unlawful activity. The course of pre-trial investigation in Creeminalnomu proceedings initiated on the basis of a criminal offense under Part. 3. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, under the control of the prosecutor Transcarpathian region. Reference: sanction ch. 3. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for punishment of imprisonment for a term of n ’ yaty to ten years with disqualification to hold certain posAda or engage in certain activities for up to three years with confiscation of property and with a special forfeiture.
