At Vinnytsia improve knowledge on the decentralization of power (+ photos)
In the framework of the "decentralization of power - journalistic support" developed Vinnitsa regional center of the International NGO "Ukraine-Poland-Germany" 10 September hotel-restaurant complex "Oak Grove" started training with representatives pocies media Vinnytsia region on decentralization and methods of lighting. Director of the Department of Information and Communication of the State Administration Svitlana Vasylyuk said that this institution is one of the winners of the definition program (project management), the Institute hromadyanskohof society, for execution (implementation) which provided financial support in 2015. The project is a practical study of the media coverage of Vinnytsia region methods decentralization of power, which is a priority for reform of the state. Chairman of the Vinnytsia regional organization of the International Mr.romadskoyi Organization "Ukraine-Poland-Germany" Alexei Gavrilov, deputy head of the public organization "Ukraine-Poland-Germany", Ph.D. and Associate Professor Alexander Neprytskyy, deputy head of the Vinnytsia regional organization of the International NGO "Ukraine-Poland-Germany" Andrew Kavunets, Chairman NGOsuu "right" Vitaly Doroh who are organizers and coaches, will hold a two-day training the participants on study methods and forms of coverage of reform of local government in the print and electronic media, on television and in the blogosphere by Ukrainian and Polish experts. Alexei Gavrilov introduced the participantsevent concepts and international practices of decentralization. Coaches also discussed constitutional amendments in terms of decentralization and features Territorial Communities Association in Ukraine, their local aspect.
