More than six hundred members, of which one hundred and fifty - guests from abroad, scientists and artistsand, experts and journalists debated for two days in five parallel thematic areas: "The crisis of European values", "Cultural policy and cultural economy", "The fear in the culture / Culture of Fear", "Art as a provocateur of change" and "Culture Communications ". We discussed the promotion and development of the cultural sector in different countries and EStakh and spoke about the impact of culture on the development of man and society in general.
