Law enforcement agencies Transcarpathian region began almost 100 criminal proceedings and compiled 55 reports on corruption

For 8 months of this year, law enforcement agencies launched the field of 98 criminal proceedings on corruption, of which 33 - prosecutors, 64 - of internal investigatorsx Affairs, 1 - by SSU. From the beginning to court 69 indictments acts on 71 persons including 7 of agreements on recognition of guilt. Almost half of them (33) - a crime Stand ’ related to illegal profits, another 33 criminal offenses concerning the misappropriation, embezzlement and embezzlement of budget funds (Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) tand 3 offenses concerning abuse of office (Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Among prosecuted in proceedings completed, six officials of local governments, nine ’ yatero officials of other state bodies, the two district administrations and nine workers ’ Five civil servants. Tacosame 14 law enforcement bodies, including three employees of STI in the four customs officers, three police officers, two guards, forest worker safety and worker penitentiary institutions. In addition, the current period compiled 55 reports on corruption, of which: 33 - prosecutors, 15 - SSU and 7 – authoritys internal affairs in the region. The results of the trial to administrative responsibility in the corruption brought a fine 30 people. Among those for which protocols of administrative corruption offenses committed seven people local authorities (including 4 – former heads of district state administrationsministratsiy), two officials six categories, two former law enforcement officers for failure to declarations on incomes, two officials of the local government worker Court of Appeal, chief frontier of one of the districts, employees of the State Fiscal Service in eighteen chapters PEC (budgetscope), which wrongly decided to allocate a lump sum of remuneration and n ’ yatero other public authorities.
