The corresponding decision was taken at Executive Committee of the City Council. Peter Kobychyka awarded for aahomyy contribution to the development and promotion of football, as well as the 70th anniversary of his birth. In Chernivtsi "Bukovina" Peter Kobychyk the position defender in 1968-1971, 1975-1978, respectively. In this team he became the silver medalist of the USSR (Class "B").
