According to these facts by the preliminary investigation opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 286 (Violation of traffic safety), Part 2 of Art. 289 (illegal acquisition-transporttnym means) and Art. 395 (Violation of the rules of administrative supervision) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
