In the Transcarpathian region prosecutor's office launched criminal proceedings in respect of officials permit system Tyachiv District Police charges of forgery of permits for weapons
Zakarpattia Oblast Prosecutor's Office submitted information to YERDR and started preliminary investigations in criminal proceedings on the grounds of forgery permits atacquisition, storage and carrying of hunting shotguns officials permit system Tyachiv District Police Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region (ch. 1, Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). It was established that these officials forged official documents specify that the right to purchase hunting weapons have only citizens of Ukraine through Decemberomadyanyn Georgia illegally acquired shotgun and subsequently used it during the hooliganism in Tyachiv district. Currently in said criminal proceedings ongoing pre-trial investigation.
