workers over the weekend Fire and Rescue Service Volyn region eliminated 4 fires in the living areas. Sept. 5 fire occurred in villages Hrybovytsya Ivanychiv area and Volia Svichivska Volodymyr Oxennskoho area, as well as in Kovel. 6 September recorded fire in the village Stoller Smolar Lyubomlskoho area. The cause of fire was careless use of fire safety violations while operating stove heating and short circuit the power supply. The works to eliminate peat fires on the territory of Stone Kashyrsky, Liubeshiv, Shack, Starovyzhivskiy, Vladimir-Volyn and Kovel areas. At the suppression involved 63 rescuers and 30 of the local people. Cool, rainy weather, unfortunately, not able to expedite the process of extinguishing the burning peat because, basically, is deep in the soil.
