Ternopil region, in the village of Old Nyzhbirok, the third literary and art festival "Parental charms - 2015", dedicated to the memory of John Demchyshyn
The event, which took place at the local stadium, was a continuation of the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the Ternopil litob'yedannya. The event started with equestrian procession of representatives of Ukrainian local branchCossacks. With the welcoming words were RDA Gusyatyn head Vitaly whip, village head Michael Dougan, who handed awards from the Union soldiers and volunteers ATO "Power of Ukraine" Festival organizers and participants ATO native of Old Nyzhbirka. The head of the Ternopil Regional Union of Writers of Ukraine Oleksandr Smyk awarded OrganRegional AV litob'yednannya Demchyshyn diploma and commemorative medal "200 years of the birth of Taras Shevchenko" in literary activities and popularizing creative heritage of his father. Striking was the old fellow speech writer Vladimir I. Demchyshyn Barney. Also welcome message to the participants of the festival sent the head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration Stepan BaPHA and head of the Ternopil regional council Vasily Hominets. Memories of John Demchyshyn and his multifaceted work colleagues shared their creative shop writer, playwright Bogdan Melnichuk, head of the regional litob'yednannya Zinovy ??Kipybida, head of the regional organization of the National Union of Journalists Nicholas Rothman, lexicographer Victor Uniates, AKThor, directed by Orestes Savka, writers and writers Nicholas Husyatynschyny Baziv John Bandurka, Michael Taraba, writer of Zbarazh Vladimir Kravchuk and others. Also significantly replenished with new editions of the old school library Nyzhbirka because all the speakers gave their works to the school of Mary Crimea. During the festival the audience VistaPeople drank Drama studio "Constellation" (director A. Sawka, violin virtuoso Lubomir Roketskyy, Ternopil singer Andrew Ivantsiv sang the words of John Demchyshyn "Native Village", performed by local amateur choirs, groups and singers from surrounding villages and districts.
