In Brussels foot patrol for half an hour and found the robber detained

The stranger approached them, hit a friend in the face and pulled his shirt pocket with phone. Offender arrested and is in a temporary detention facility. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part. 2, Art. 186 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which sanction the punishment of imprisonment for a term of4 to 6 years.
