Zakarpattia Regional State Administration will introduce e-procurement system
In order to introduce in the electronic system of public procurement of goods, works and services on Sept. 9, 2015 at 9:00 hours. in the large assembly hall of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration (pl. People, 4) to interested executive authorities, enterprisein, institutions and organizations of the region, planned to hold a training seminar respective electronic procurement services involving the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and coordinators of public procurement ProZorro. The main purpose of the system - ensuring transparency of public procurementb, enhance business confidence and the fight against corruption. Electronic simplifies access of SMEs to public tenders, can conserve budget and ensures public control over the process of auction.
