Transcarpathia: the fact of official negligence of officials in Rakhiv, through private enterprise authorized for placement of mini-hydro, prosecutors launched criminal proceedings
On behalf of the prosecution district investigation department of Ukraine Rakhiv District Police submitted information to YERDR and started preliminary investigations in criminal provadzheESI initiated on the fact of official negligence of officials of one of village councils District (ch. 1, Art. 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
