In Volyn young man detained for assaulting inspectors
Traffic police officers stopped the driver for violation of traffic rules. Moon refused to produce documents, injuries struck and broke the traffic police uniforms. The village Bartne Ivanychi County Inspectorate workers stopped the car for an administrative offense under part.6. 121 (Management driver of the dark vehicle license plate) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences. Traffic police approached the driver, introduced himself, and asked to pass a driver's license and registration certificate of the vehicle. The driver, 21-year-old resident of the village Bartne, refused to bring the dockls, began aggressively treated inflicted injuries and traffic police uniforms broke. Information for this fact made to the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations ch. 2, Art. 342 (resistance to authorities, law enforcement officer, a member of a public building to protect public order and state border or militaryosluzhbovtsevi) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Volynyanynu threatened penalty of a fine of fifty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or imprisonment for up to six months or imprisonment for up to four years, or imprisonment for up to two years.
