Vinnytsya Region Prosecutor's Office conducted pre-trial investigation into the accident involving judges of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine
Investigative Department prosecutors field into the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations included information into the traffic accident that occurred on August 16 near the village. Cheremoshne Tyvrovsky region for the judges of the SupremeEconomic Court of Ukraine, and initiated criminal proceedings under Part. 2, Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Now, for auto-technical and forensic examination, the results of which will be determined by the commission mechanism and the culprit accident. Pre-trial investigation continues.
