Traffic police approached the driver, vidrekomenduvavsya, asked to pass a driver's license and registration certificate of the vehicle. Information for this fact made to the Unified Register of pre-trial investigationsb on ch. 2, Art. 342 (resistance to authorities, law enforcement officer, a member of a public building to protect public order and state border or soldiers) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Volynyanynu threatened penalty of a fine of fifty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or arrest forup to six months or imprisonment for up to four years, or imprisonment for up to two years.
