Opening the press conference Natalia Ostapenko said that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.06.2015 389 ApprovalJenny procedure for granting privileges to certain categories of people considering the average total family income, which came into effect from 01.07. 2015. This procedure defines the mechanism of the right to benefits to pay for services for housing (rent, fees for maintenance of houses and buildings and adjacent territories)utilities (centralized supply of cold water, centralized hot water supply, sewerage, gas, electricity, central heating, removal of waste), fuel, liquefied gas, telephone, and services residential telephone installation based on the average total family income personseligible for benefits under the legislation. According to Natalia Ostapenko, in the case where the average family income in per capita income does not exceed the value which gives the right to tax social benefits in the current year is 1710 UAH beneficiaries entitled to benefits within six months from the definition of liability of the monthcorre- law.
